• We provide a Domain WHOIS Privacy service which masks your personal information on the publicly accessible WHOIS. Instead of your real information showing up we display the contact information of your registration provider and a unique, non identifiable email address that forwards to the email address we have for you. • Postal Mail sent to the privacy service will not be forwarded unless prior permisson has been given.

Fees

Your Obligations To Us

• You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
• You agree to respond to us within 5 business days should we make any inquiries regarding the validity of personal information provided by you.
• You agree to not use the Domain Privacy Service to send unsolicited spam.
• You agree to not use the Domain Privacy Service to infringe on trademarks or other rights of third parties.
• You agree to not use the Domain Privacy Service for illegal or morally objectionable activities.

Termination

We reserve the right in our sole judgment and discretion to disclose your personal protected information and or terminate this agreement in the event any of the following occur:

• If the Protected Domain is alleged to violate or infringe a third party’s trademark, trade name, copyright interests or other legal rights of third parties AND a legal process has been served upon us Brandon Gray Internet Services Inc.;
• If you breach any provision of this TOS;
• If necessary to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, subpoenas, court orders or requests of law enforcement;
• If Brandon Gray Internet Service Inc. is named as a defendant in, or investigated in anticipation of, any legal or administrative proceeding arising out of your use of the WHOIS Privacy Service or a Protected Domain;
• If necessary to comply with ICANN’s Dispute Resolution Policy or other policies promulgated by ICANN;
• If necessary to protect the integrity and stability of the applicable domain name registry;

Abuse

To report abuse of a domain name using the Brandon Gray Internet Service Inc. service, or to report infringements of rights of trademarks or other rights of third parties, please contact abuse@namejuice.com.
